Bandung Distro Graphics
Also known as Distro, Bandung indie clothing graphics, UNKL347 style
Screenprinted T-shirt, jacket, sticker and poster graphics of Bandung's independent distros, which grew from the underground music scene's do-it-yourself band merchandise into a local clothing economy built on small runs, originality and scarcity. Sources describe the economy far better than the look, so the visual rules here (logo-led designs, band-style lettering, local-pride slogans, cluttered sticker-and-poster shop walls) are tentative.

01
How it works
- Print graphics as small-run screenprints on shirts, jackets and stickers, with the T-shirt as the signature item.
- Give each product its own design, images and text so the graphic carries the label's identity.
- Likely draw on hardcore, skate and street lettering alongside local slogans so the brand claims its city (tentative; the sources do not describe the lettering).
- Make runs small and scarce, so originality becomes the selling point.
- Let stickers, posters and badges spill beyond the garment onto shop walls and gig giveaways so the label reads as a scene.

Combine it with
Styles Bandung Distro Graphics pairs well with or plays against, from the research. Each is worked out as a combination: which style gives the type, the colours and the forms.
- Hype Streetwear Graphics (Box Logo to Quotation Marks) Pairs well · Shares the label-as-identity logic of small-run screenprinted apparel; hype streetwear is a later, Western, commercial scene, whereas distro is a city shop economy rooted in local pride.
- Screenprinted Gig & Alt-Movie Poster Pairs well · Both screenprint scene-made graphics for bands; distro moves the print from paper onto cloth.
- International Typographic Style Contrasts · A neutral grid and whitespace against dense, logo-led, shout-loud merchandise.
- Hipster Artisanal Revival Contrasts · Craft badges on a polished, affluent brand look against loud, low-cost, scene-bound emblems.
